AJ Goings
10 Years Old • Team Mayhem
Meet AJ, one of our frequent monthly swings leaders at SwingSync. AJ and his dad, Adam, found out about SSL from a friend last year during the off season when they were looking for ways to keep his hitting and training going during the winter.

"Last year he did quite well hitting in his travel league. I think it helped getting all the reps and getting in as many swings as we can and working out some holes," Adam said. "My favorite thing about SwingSync is that we can get in as much as we can. He's a baseball nut so if we could he would be here every day. I like the things that are fun for him like the guess the bat speed. We don't have some of this equipment at home so we can utilize the one-hand drill and some of the heavier bats."

And AJ enjoys coming to SSL, too. "I love that you can see what the bat speed is and see how good you did."
